Waiting for the Jesus Phone

Well, I am not, but I wanted to see how many Apple fanboys were sitting outside of the SOHO store tonight. There was a line of about 30 people with their lawn chairs, umbrellas and boomboxes. The line wrapped around the corner onto Greene Street. I saw a lot NYPD barricades on the sidewalk so I think they are expecting a SOHO riot tomorrow. Man, I can’t see anyone getting in these peeps’ way… most haven’t showered in, like, 3 days.
No commentsFace your pockets!

I just sent my face in my pocket to the Face Your Pockets Project. I wish i had thought about cheating and put in a dinosaur or something.
1 commentOk. I am serious.
No, seriously, I promise I won’t post stuff like this again. I just wanted to show you my hood, Google 360 style… since this is 365 days and all, y’all.

You should really read those MTA posters about running for office but not for the train…
i unsuccessfully cartwheeled down the stairs at the 14th street 1,2, and 3 subway station last night. now i have a big bump on my head and a badly scraped-up knee. i didn’t have any proper first aid at my apartment last night but i had some yunnan baiyao. it stopped the bleeding right away, and i hope that it killed some subway germs, too.

Nublu on Avenue C has these crazy projections and drawings on their walls. Not to mention the sultry jazz… Thick velvet curtains really blocked the sound for those who just wanted to chill in the back room, too.

First in 365 [+/-]

Hello! This is the first official post for 365 days. Summer is here and I really wish we had summer hours at this office… This is the view from my 6th floor office window at 1:24pm. Looks like someone spilled something.
