Infernal Pot

I went to Grand Sichuan for hotpot again on Saturday. We had the “mandarin duck” style where we get the spicy and non-spicy pot in one. For some reason, the spicy side was 100 times spicier than when I had it the week before.
It was hell. There was no innocence and it was a perpetual sinister fire on my table. It was evil and I suffered. There and the morning after.
I am switching to shabu shabu for the rest of the winter.
